Stopped at Safeway in Felton yesterday on the way to Cowell Redwoods State Park. Bathroom was most helpful! Got a combo meal at the deli. The Chicken tenders were the best I have had in years! The seafood salad and ambrosia salad sides were also excellent quality. The server was very kind too. My niece and I were totally impressed by this hidden gem which the locals seem to recognize too. Many thanks from a traveler!

Apparently I'm not welcome at this safeway and I'll never shop there again. Good riddance. I feel good doing my shopping at my local grocery store, might be a little more expensive but atleast I'm welcome there. I'm so glad I don't shop there anymore.

It's a grocery store. They're aren't many different aspects to love or hate. The lines can be long as they rarely have enough checkers, and inevitably one or more of the self check out machines is down. So if you go have a lot of patience and time, you likely will be waiting for a while.

This Safeway is very small but it has fresh vegetables and fruits, you can pick up a fresh Breakfast made from scratch. They are open 24 hours they also have complementary Wi-Fi, they also have good prices, at night this story is empty nobody shops at that time so you can go and the entire store is yours, around 5AM people on their way to work stop to buy their lunch since they have healthy prepared daily food. Restrooms are clean and the marble floors are super shiny.
