Placed an order through the app for pickup inside. Went inside and was told that the dining area was closed. The door was unlocked. They said I had to go through the drive thru and wait like everyone else. Then why do I have the option to pick up inside? Why even place the order in advance? They were extremely rude and unpleasant. I guarantee that my food was messed with after I spent 10 minutes waiting in the drive thru.

This is my favorite Wendy's to go to. When we go to pleasant hills(even when the one down there was open,) I've taken the time to go all the way to this Wendy's multiple times, if we were wanting it those night.

well came in with my girlfriend and there was a younger lady miserable working along with a girl named Jadyn working who were being so rude to customers then our food was put up ready I said thank you and she said yeah bye. so rude amd disrecsptful wont be back. The girl with blue and green yells across the restaurant to me if you wanna sit there and stare at me you come do it. I replyed and said you need to calm down. some people just cant handle the pressure of wendys I guess.

I ordered using the mobile app from the parking lot and walked straight in. Less than three minutes after ordering my order was ready despite a line that wrapped around the drive-through. The managers always polite and thorough and the food is always great.
