Waited for 10 minutes in the drive thru before someone even spoke to us. Then after ordering we were overcharged for our food. The deal on the sign said 2 for $6. The manager at the window said the sign was wrong. I looked online and sandwiches were still 2 for $6. The manager then "gave" us a free sandwich to try to appease us by not charging us for one of our whoppers.... Between the 8 sandwiches we paid $12 more than we should have. Came home to find our 9 piece chicken finger meal was not in the bag. Went back out to get my daughter's meal. Went inside. Told the manager the sign outside still said 2for $6. Then flashing right next to her was another sign saying 2 for $6. Her exact words "that's a corporate issue. They are not 2 for $6". Fine, got my daughter's food and came home. I opened my chicken sandwiches to find them on a round burger bun. Not going back here anytime soon.

I personally would never go to this Burger King compared to others. They consistently have long wait times and consistently get orders wrong. They also don't seem to be the most sanitary. Today they had a toddler running around the kitchen while I was there.

They have improved alot...the food is fresher still a little slow on the drive thru....but I can honesty say that when your burgers and nuggets are fresh ...they are the best...fries never seem salted enough and still need a little more improvement in taste

If you're going to complain about the speed of service either put in application or go somewhere that actually has staff. These workers are doing the absolute best they can no one forced you to go and eat there that's your choice. You can't expect your order to come first when they only have 3-4 people and the building is wrapped around cause y'all want to order 5-10 family bundles. I have never had a bad experience with their food ever and I never complain about the time it takes because I understand they had other orders before mine. Please be patient and kind to the workers that actually show up and understand that fast food isn't easy when you're understaffed. 👌
