In any business we rely on reviews to help keep business up and service at its best!!! Well let me just say this Starbucks is amazing. But not so much about the drinks(which are great) but it’s THE PEOPLE is what makes this place 5 stars plus 100..lol..I work at AT&T. I come in all the time to get a water and When I go on I rave over it because it’s the freshest most amazing water I ever had ever n my life(they say it’s triple filtered) They always greet me with a smile when I ask for it. And we banter and talk about life for a minute or 2. Well I made getting this water such a habit that now everytime one of the workere sees me outside they just bring me one because they saw me and they know I love it!! Do u know what that means to me after a long day at work just sitting outside waiting to leave and have a water handed to me with a smile from a worker just cause they saw me and knew I liked it..it means a lot!! Keep staying awesome guys!! I appreciate u!!

While I don’t complain much about retail and customer service because I work it and uunderstand the pain of it… This morning before work was the absolute last straw with the Starbucks in Belle Vernon.. Ever since they’ve gotten quite an entire new staff, the customer service is absolutely TERRIBLE.. I placed a quick mobile order before I left my house… A protein box and a breakfast sandwich… There’s absolutely no work to be done here other then heating up the sandwich. Anytime things are out of stock at the store, it always says out of stock when you try and order. So I go in to get my order. Four workers CONTINUALLY walk past me looking right through me as if I’m not standing there AT ALL. I didn’t get a “we’ll be right with you” or anything… Two of the girls actually made eye contact with one another and muttered something and then the one looked at me like I’m bothering them. And yet…. they still didn’t ask if I was there for a mobile order… I’m sorry… I was raised to not interrupt when someone is busy doing something. Plus I know from all my years of retail… ITS RUDE. Eventually after probably 2 minutes of standing there, a girl asked if I had a mobile order and I then said my name… She then proceeds to tell me they don’t have to protein box I ordered and that I can go pick another one. I picked one even though I didn’t like any of the other ones because I didn’t want to hassle for a refund. I stood there a second to show her which one I was getting, incase they needed to see or whatever. She says “no, you don’t have to pay.” WELL OBVIOUSLY…. And then with an attitude says “I threw your sandwich over on the other counter.” I said ”thank you appreciate it.” And she says nothing.. I’ll GLADLY drive 25min out of my way in the morning to go to dunkin.

Great tasting, quality filtered water and the perfectly roasted coffee bean brewed to a perfectly balanced taste (and sweet smell!), blended with rich cream and topped with caramel or chocolate...YES!!! COFFEE IS GOOD.

I visit this Starbucks location about once every two weeks, and I have never had a bad experience here. My order is always correct, and the staff is always friendly and enthusiastic about their jobs. I specifically want to applaud Cal! They were so professional, yet conversational and funny. Definitely one of my best experiences at a Starbucks!

Afternoon staff are home due to having covid. They closed and did a deep cleaning and are only letting the morning staff work
