Cone Health should be ashamed of the service they offer. Went in at midnight and told (well lied to) that I would be seen fairly quickly as I was triage. Was brought in to talk to (I'm guessing a nurse), then they took some blood and after which left me in the reception area and never once did anyone come and update me or see how I was. The staff there are all rude, don't care and just either don't answer your questions or lie to you. Ended up leaving at 7am in the morning after finally finding out that they still had patients in there from the 1pm the previous day and it would probably be another 12 hrs before they even would see me. Yet they still sent me an invoice for payment. Apparently just walking in and giving them your name is enough for a minimum charge of around $150! I have never seen such abysmal service and attitudes. Makes third world hospitals actually look good! AVOID THIS HOSPITAL AND THE REST OF THE CONE SYSTEM AT ALL COSTS!

I went in complaining of difficulty of swallowing. I've waited 8 hrs for a strep throat test and to be told my situation wasn't emergent enough to see the doctor. It blew me because I never said my throat hurt yet some how it stated on my papers "sore throat". So that let's me know they not listening and don't care. The team was very cold hearted last night. I let them know in not here for sore throat in here because I feel my throat closing on me and to them this is not an emergency. In fact I have this in recording. So I'm about to spread the news.

Why are you all complaining about something you can't control? People have to understand that the ER staff is trying their BEST while working hard, over worked, tired, understaffed and unappreciated all the time. Patients come into the Emergency Room for issues they could have went to their Primary doctor for. This is not a hotel and patients have the NERVE to be demanding. There are things that ppl can do to take care of themselves at home, but instead come to the Emergency room for pain killers, Covid tests and simply a place to sleep. There are only a certain amount of beds and the ER can't keep everyone. Be more patient when you abuse the emergency room. Thank you.

I was in a car accident and arrived at this location at approximately 11:05pm. When I walked to the receptionist desk, she was sitting there with her mask lowered and scrolling on the phone. After about 30 seconds of being unrecognized, I said “hello” and she still did not look up. When she was finally finished texting, she took my information and I was seated. Within 5 minutes my vitals were taken and I went to triage. From 11:15pm until 6:11am and counting, I am still waiting to be seen about the trauma on my left side from the accident. Would not recommend.
