If I could give 0 stars, I WOULD! Long story short- I DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE AT ALL. As a young lady, I have never felt so unsafe in my life. Our "gated" community is always open to the public. I've emailed and contacted our leasing office multiple times about situations with random black males banging on my front door looking for another black male. The leasing office has given me nothing but the run around. It is super unfortunate that I am fearing for my life, especially being really far away from home and loved ones. Young ladies, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE stray away from staying here, even if it is your last resort.

When I arrived for check in day, I found my apartment to be spotless in every single way which was very pleasant. I enjoy the grounds and the facilities that we're able to use. I never get tired of being able to look out of my living room window and seeing downtown! When I had a maintenance issue, it was handled quickly.

Not my best stay. I put in multiple work orders that have now all been months out of reach, there’s always glass in various parking a spots, indicating that the landscapers and beautifiers don’t take their job seriously. There has been a hellish gnat issue since before I moved in (like literally flying around before I even stop rolling my suitcase). The apartments are at least designed nicely and I do have a lot of privacy, so that’s the only upside. I just feel like the little minuscule issues are gonna drive me to a new complex as soon mg lease is up; if nothing is done.

Terrible apartments. Way overpriced for the quality of the apartment and complex. Parking lot has no lighting by my building making it unsafe to come or go when it’s dark outside, as well as other residents driving around 60mph in the parking lot at all hours. Extremely unprofessional staff at front office. Every patch of grass is full of dog poop. The carpet of my apartment turns my feet black so clearly they don’t clean in between leases. It’s disgusting for the amount I pay as a student. Walls are extremely thin and there are noise issues every day and night. Would not recommend. Too bad I can’t get out of my lease. Only positive thing is that maintenance is quick to process work orders and fix things.
