I sat in the drive through for 10 minutes and nobody came to help. So I went inside. I got stared at like nobody wanted to take my order.. as I was waiting for my food somebody pulled up to the drive through and was able to place an order. I guess they get to pick and choose when to take orders smh

Pathetic excuse for service. Ordered one simple combo meal and they asked what sauce, so we told them. Got to the window and was handed a box and that was it. No drink, straw, napkins, sauce, nothing but the box with tenders and rice. When I asked for my drink, she was rude about it and when I asked for a straw, she told me it was in my bag WHICH I DID NOT GET! I opened the box and there was no straw or sauce or napkins in there either. So, they didn’t give me what I ordered and they were rude about it also. Save yourself a trip and avoid this location!

Didn't get my order right. I ordered supremes, rice, and beans. Got 3 of the tiniest, crustiest, all breading supremes, beans, and some refried fries. I didn't even try to take it back, it happens so often. I'm not looking for free food; I just want what I ordered. This location is new but there's only one manager that cares. If he's there it will be good. Otherwise don't waist your money.

Just received the worst customer service from this location. I would stay away from they don’t handle food properly AT ALL!! We order two fish sandwiches and received old reheated fish sandwiches that taste like pure oil. Literally could catch food poisoning with the way the handle food here. I went back to get a refund and the so called manager made it more about the missing fry from my bag then about the actual service failure of the quality of food they are allowing people to buy! When I made mention of the doors being locked(I tried going inside to request food be remade) he told me they doesn’t have staff to accommodate inside dining?! But there were literally 5-6 staff members walking around. What upsets me most is they are allowing people to buy old food yet when I came back there was someone waiting by the back door, for the same girl I saw reheating my food, and she walks out and gives a guy a big family box of food. This location needs to be investigated to say the least. They can cook hot food for friends but are serving old reheated food to the paying public! The manager who I requested the refund from refused to give me back my receipt or tell me his name. I have NEVER experienced such rude and blatant disrespect from a so-called manager.

Same incident with me..my food was not appealing.. I had a meeting in the area and went to my favorite breakfast place and was disappointed with the food.. while waiting several customers were coming back saying their order was messed up or short.
