Ordered 3 piece with 2 sides chicken was not very fresh had very little temperature. Waiter told me chicken had just come up. Not so. Dirty rice was horrible didn't look or taste right. Cajun beans was the only item that was good. Biscuit was cold also.

This has got to be the worst Bojangles! They are inconsistent and lack customer service to the utmost degree! Even the UPS driver delivered their package at the drive thru window in front of a customer. Whomever the lady was at the window today, does NOT need to be at the window anymore! I will absolutely take the time to drive to the other location further up the street where I'll get good service and my food neatly wrapped instead of slung in a bag like trash!

When through drive-thru yesterday 4/10/22 and as I waited for my food I witnessed a employee handling chicken for someone sandwich plus bun with no gloves on. Bare handed. At one point wiped his noise and continued handling food. I threw my order in the trash after receiving it. It was disgusting . I’ll never go there again. Management should be fired for allowing this.
