I should have my daughter write this, but as she’s at Pali… This is her happy place. From the friends to the food and all activities in between, she has absolutely loved coming back year after year.

PSA- they do not let your children contact you. My son is 10, first time camper, was told he was only allowed one phone call. Letters are supposedly uploaded and sent to parents daily. Come to find out, Only if the letters are positive about camp. By day 4 I was panicked that I didn’t hear from my son. Found out later that he wrote me several letters that were never uploaded. When calling the camp I was told that they avoid calls from home because it promotes home sickness. By day 4 I INSISTED on speaking to him. He used our emergency family code word and I picked him up immediately. Come to find out he was writing me that he needed help and begged for phone calls. They failed to upload the letters and never let him call me. He was being bullied by other campers and felt so alone. He said he cried multiple times a day and cried himself to sleep. When we picked him up other campers we telling us how home sick they were and how they wished they could talk to their parents. If you have a sensitive or introverted child this is not the camp for you.

I loved it here. They were so supportive of everything I did and I felt close with everyone there, even if I hadn’t met them before. The food was amazing and the kitchen staff deserve a ton of praise for producing so much food each day. The cabins were comfortable and I felt legitimately safe to talk to the people there, both councilors and campers alike.

I was nervous sending my 8 year olds to camp but Pali Adventures is the perfect place to send your kids for the first time. My kids came home talking about it non stop and begging to go for 2 weeks next year! My picky eater said they had the best food too. Definitely sending them again next year!

Cabins house about 10 campers and 2 counselors each, and 12 of our cabins are brand new cottage-style additions. Our cabins feature solid wood built-in bunks, attached, private full bathroom and shower facilities, and radiant floor heating. We set ourselves apart from other camps by having two to three full bathrooms inside each cabin, so our campers can use those facilities in the comfort of their own cabin and have privacy. Campers bring their own pillow and sleeping bag, or linens for a twin-sized bed. Bathrooms and cabins are serviced daily by our amazing housekeeping team, and undergo a deep cleaning weekly.
I'm not sure of the dates of the camp its year round, I believe you have to schedule or book a date with your group or school. The second question I believe the youth leaders are really good at handling all different types of kids so I would say yes.
Like two thousand each week
Pali is closed for the summer.
As of right now Pali is open and running. You can always email for updates
No it comes included with your admission food there is great.
