My daughter comes over and gave car make and model they give her a belt that is supposed to fit a 2005 gmc envoy xl . She buys belt brings over and we can’t get belt on over 2 “ short bring back and your employee tell her he measured belt and it’s correct now it’s to late i wait till today Monday i bring belt in and 3 Auto stores tell us we need a 92 7/8” belt i show your employee and he comes out with the belt and wanted 13.00 more dollars. I told him give me a refund and went to OReilly auto. All this aggravation because the belt you say fits a gmc envoy. This was Baxter Tn store kid at counter was clueless

I called the store and the employees were very well mannered and extremely helpful in trying to help me locate the correct socket for my son's locking lug nuts on his truck. The women employee that offered to help me was so understanding and super helpful in pointing me in the right direction for the correct part and where to look for one.
