I bought an oil filter and it was defective. I only found out after I installed it and all my oil leaked out. I brought it back and they gave me a brand new one for free.

Fantasy Trip

I would give 1000 stars if I could. My family and I were on a trip to Brevard today and our serpentine belt broke off on the highway and we pulled into a Bp gas station about a half mile from your store. All mechanic shops were closed and all hotels were refusing us because of our dogs so I ended up calling your store and asking if someone there could possibly put this belt on for me. I can not remember the gentleman’s name but he agreed to help and had the belt back on and our car back up and running within 30 minutes. I can not thank him enough for what he did for us. We were stranded 4 hours from home and 3 hours from our destination and he was the only person who saved us from what could have been a bad situation. Again I can not remember his name but please find out and give that man a raise/time off/paid vacation. It is well deserved as he has now brought oreilys another customer for life and saved a family’s vacation!

The service at this location is exceptional. Every time I visit the associates go above and beyond to help me. Tony Hanes helped me this morning by testing my battery and replacing it with a new one. I really appreciated his professionalism. I highly recommend the location for quality service.
