Every time, they've been extremely helpful and didn't give me a weird vibe, being a woman getting my vehicle worked on without a man in tow. As a woman, for me, there's no worse feeling. There's not many people I'd trust with my vehicle, so I'm always leary about taking it somewhere new. Let me tell you, this was a good choice! They are fast, affordable, and full of good conversation! I ordered a set of tires since places around couldn't get them quicker, so I called around a few places to set up for mount and balance, and I decided to try out discount tire. They took excellent care when lifting my car, and I had some good conversation with one of the tire techs. Due to the friendly service and conversation, it seemed like i was there only 5 minutes! This is one of the very few places that I've actually witnessed a tech taking the time to properly torque my lug nuts, and that alone speaks volumes for the quality of work. I will definitely be using them in the future for any tire services I need. They are a cash only facility, so make sure you have cash! Thanks for the quick friendly service!

Wanted new tires but the owner.. was like nope u don't need them...let me find u a good used one for the bad tire u do have...he could have made a greater sale but he was truthful n honest..nice man
