All I needed to do is hand them a form and they wouldn't take it. They will not let you in the building and they will not answer the phone. They told me it takes 3 weeks to make an appointment. Such poor customer service. They even have to have a security guard on duty to do all their dirty work of refusing to see you.

Idk but gets old and sometime u have mKe cpl call even to get the option for a return call top of that,do have some advice to get a fast response,If u call 1st thing am around 8-9am I hve had much better luck wait 10-15min

What and where can I go to make a complaint about a child that does not live with her mother but still getting that childs check but not putting it toward chids financial situation. She is my grand child and I have had her 2 years.
There's no app got to call or go on web site make account see if question on there probably easier to call

My mom is my uncles power of attorney. He is in hospital not expected to make it past the weekend. When his check comes on Nov. 3rd will we be able to use it for his funeral cost or will it need to be sent back?
