I have witnessed my mom make over 5 phone calls to this office trying to get ONE answer to a question regarding my brother's benefits and these receptionists are extremely under-qualified and unprofessional. Why are they asking personal questions about your account yet they cannot answer any of your questions and want to transfer you to a voice machine? On a couple of occasions they didn't even try to find out what the problem was. They also seem to not track who is speaking with customers even though they say calls are being recorded for accuracy and quality assurance. Quality is definitely NOT assured. Whoever is the HR rep for this location either needs to be fired or they need to do a lot of firing other people. Ridiculous representation of a government agency.

I walked in without an appointment and was walking out within 15 minutes. Everyone was nice and helpful.

I dont know who that HORRIBLE chick is who answers the phones, but she is THEE rudest, most ugly lady I've EVER had to deal with! Find her a job NOT dealing or speaking with folks AT THE LEAST! Absolutely ridiculous!

I agree with others about their number but you just need to know what information you're looking for or trying to do, etc. On and off the phone in about ten minutes which would usually take a hour and a half. Thanks.
