Half the staff is incompetent. One time they will accept GoodRX pricing the next time they won't. I literally will get prescriptions that says they have refills on them but when I go back there they say I have no refills. There is nothing more frustrating then when you bring up these issues and they just stare back at you blankly. Im changing pharmacy's and will just drive to Fergus Falls or Fargo and get them from Walmart and not get screwed over

Extremely long wait times. Rude staff. Whenever my wife or I try to fill our prescriptions at the Breckenridge pharmacy, we are both treated like pill junkies looking for a fix. This happens even when my wife has tried to fill her birth control prescription. I have given this pharmacy too many chances and I will never do business with them again. I would rather drive the thirty minutes to fergus falls than deal with the ridiculous treatment I receive at the Breck Thrifty White Pharmacy.Thank you for your candid feedback Josh. This is not the kind of service we wish to provide our customers and we are truly sorry. Your concerns are being addressed with pharmacy management and the local team at Breckendridge to make this right for you and your wife.
