Absolutely a terrible service, I was waiting to pay for my stuff 😒 and one guy I was nothing to do, and the other guy ( who was busy) tell the guy : can you help this person please ( me) And the guy said( and no am okay right now) he has nothing to do but just don't want help me,!!! I was like seriously? I'm an busy person not like you my friend. So this is the last time when I come here

I wish AutoZone hired people that actually knew what they were doing. I walked in asking for some headlights for my 07 Prius. The best I got was a search on the web. Simple enough. Except the lights did not go to my car. If I go to a car place for my car. I expect people there to know a lil about cars. But it seems like all they do is do a quick search and give you whatever they think is right. Luckily I got my money back from a grey shirt, even then tho he said he would probably do the same thing as they don't actually know anything. I'd say the only reason you should go to AutoZone is if you know what you are getting right away.
