For a place I don't normally like to go they were great. A Good phlebotomist is hard to find I would let them take my blood again.

Usually this lab is pleasant to go to. Conveniently located, plenty of parking and rarely a wait if more than 10 minutes. I've used it several times and the staff has always been friendly and courteous. That said, on my most recent visit there was someone I'd not seen before at the front desk. She was neither friendly or polite. Barked out orders like she was a drill sergeant, without even looking up at the patient in front of her... Well excuse me for interrupting you to do your job! I'll probably go back due to do the positive prior experiences I've had some this site, but one more encounter like that one and I'll go elsewhere.
