BAIT and SWITCH ALLERT !!! First and LAST time I will use this pharmacy. I have used Good RX for the past 4-5 years. NEVER have I been charged more than the GoodRX voucher I print and present to the pharmacy with prescription to be filled…Until today !!! DO NOT TRUST them. They tried to blame Good RX. However, I presented the vouchers at time of drop off. Clearly entered information from each voucher at that time…NO word of any price variance then. On brought it up went to pay 90 min later !

This is solely on our Covid vaccine experience: I’m a mom dealing w/ 2 kids, care taker to 2 elderly parents while getting ready for school to start, working the back to school rush and move abruptly for the elderly parents ALL at once… so I’m a mess. The staff was sooo patient w/ me trying to get forms filled, find what I needed and get us in. Sonia (hope I spelled that right) was awesome w/ both my kids, she kept my 12 yr old cool and distracted while getting his shot. He NEVER felt it, and this kid cries and screams over shots. we were in and out in under 20 mins from start to finish. So I was so happy today when she was our girl again for his second shot. And being the mess of a mom I am right now she got me set up w/ his card so I don’t lose it w/ us moving. Thank you again for keeping him chill and just talking to him like he was a friend, it made his experience good.
