The service that I got from Enterprise is ZERO. I spoke with Miles earlier today and told him about the dangerous vehicle Enterprise rented me. I need to get a reliable vehicle that is safe to drive, I almost got into 2 accidents. I asked him to aid me and give the supervisor for this area. He told me that he can't give me a telephone number, but he will give me an email address. He put me on hold and forgot about me. I was on hold for 12 minutes, and finally a recording came on and told me that my time ran out. This is not the Enterprise that I used to rent cars from. Customer service is 0.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff had the car ready for me upon arrival. The paper work was done very quickly and I was on my way within 5 minutes. The car was very clean. Returning the car was even faster.

Janey the Branch Manager is rude and Unprofessional. I will never rent from Enterprise because of her. Mike and the manager that moved to the other location were Awesome. Don't go to the location on Preston.....Sonia, we would like to look into this further but need some more information.
