I would give it more stars but they are no longer staying open 24 hours. What if you have a toothache in the middle of the night ? Don't go to this rite-aid that's what.

My partner had been going to the Alton Rite Aid for 3 years before they closed down. This is the now the closest location to us and it’s been a hassle getting his prescription every single time. He’s been using rite aid for the same prescription for years and yet it’s never available, we always have to wait an hour or more, and they always seem to misplace or not understand his actually scripts. We both work full time and share one car, this transition has been anything but smooth and causes us both huge amounts of stress when trying to coordinate a pick-up day. Currently an hour and 15 minutes in and we’re kicked back to the end of the line with everyone who came in after us already gone and on their way. Severely miss our rockstar pharmacy team from Alton. Edit: Got to the front, another half hour, back to the back. It’s should not take 2 hours to pick-up the SAME exact prescription we’ve been picking up from rite aid for 3 years. We have work and family obligations, hence why the auto-fill is supposed to be in place...
