The pizza and cheesy bread were delicious. However, I ended up having to go into the store to get it even though I selected for them to bring it out because we waited for almost 10 minutes outside.

We attempted to place an order by calling in and they kept hanging up the phone. Then we drove to the location and they told us we couldn't place the order in the store. And stated that we had to place order online. So we sat in the car to place the order and staff kept telling us to leave the parking lot. We kindly told them that we were placing the order online and when we finished we would leave bc we needed a signal to place the order. The last time employee came out he asked if we had somewhere to live and we could go there and place the order. We had a very large order and I feel like they were very unprofessional and disrespectful.

I placed a order on March 31st at South Wic location for the mobile hotspot. After waiting for over 30 minutes and getting text messages saying my driver was in the neighborhood and my driver is pulling up but never even laid eyes on the driver. In fact I was getting ready to call and find out what was taking so long. Then my phone rang and it was Foodlion asking me did I order a pizza? I said yes I have been waiting on them for awhile now. Thats when she says well I have your order and the driver just dropped it off. She began to explain to me that she told the driver no one ordered a pizza here and he told her oh well its paid for so you can have it. She said she told him that they are out there somewhere since they paid for it already. Next thing she knew he laid it down on the counter and left. I never got a call from Dominios and the instructions on the box clearly says leave on top of car not to mention the website says to park close to the carwash. I just don't understand why your driver would just give our order away and then make the comment it has been paid for. So not only was my order cold but it was also given away when I was sitting exactly where I was told and no one said anything about going into FoodLion or even parking close. I called the manager and told him what happened and that Jerome, the driver, not only did he give our order away but he never even tried to make contact with me. It really upsets me that he would just give our order away to just anyone all because it's been paid for in advance. I don't even know who all handled my order before I finally got the call from Foodlion. It's a shame that Foodlion could call me and Dominions couldn't? Another thing that's bothering me is my personal information is on the box so that means whoever handled the order could see my phone number and name. Your driver had no right to give our order away to just anyone all because it was paid for in advance? This whole situation is not only terrible customer service but the food was so cold by the time i got to it my wife and I couldn't even enjoy it. That driver needs to be fired and the manager needs help too with his customer service skills.
