I love iHop, but in this particular location service was not great. I had to insist to get the barcode for the awards points. Finally the manager came and apologized, but the waitress only bought a QR code to make payments, so again I had to insist until she finally brought it. She knew what I was asking for, she was just trying to not give it to me, which makes me wonder if workers keep the clients award points.

Sunday, 7/3/2022, I arrived at about 10am. I was having a horrible asthma attack that started in the car shortly before getting there. My rescue inhaler didn't work. I realized it must be a reaction to perfume or lotion I had used. I walked in gasping for breathing and the hostess rushed me to bathroom so I could wash off as much as I could. My husband and I sat and ordered, but I still couldn't breathe. I knew what had me struggling for air must have gotten on my shirt. The ladies got together and gave me a fresh shirt to wear. Ah, I could breathe again! I was ready to have my husband take me to the ER! (Yes, breakfast was delicious 😋 Lemon Ricotta Protein Pancakes!) I didn't get any of your names, I apologize, but you ladies were truly heroes today. Thank you!!!

My daughter wanted IHOP for our mommy & me day The following Monday being her 8th birthday. Our waitress was awesome. My daughter had a big ice cream creation brought to her & everyone sang Happy Birthday to her !!! Every visit is a great experience.

To tell the truth,i wasn't looking for it ,but pretty sure they do
They have you spaced out and you have to wear aadk until you are seated, the waitress wear mask the whole time
I WOULD GOOGLE IHOP OR GIVE THEM A CALL!
Next time you call ask to speak to the manager
There are days they don't run full staff. So there for they didn't have staff assigned to those tables..or staff to cover those tables. It is tough on the staff when normally that was one of there normal slow days..that became a busy day..and they don't have enough staff on duty to cover that busy day
