Not crowded, however took forever to get to order, then forever to get the appetizers, then a long time to get waitress to take meal order. The meal arrived finally and the steak was so salty that it burned the tongue. 3 people at the table tried the steak and agreed that it was inedible. Also, had to continually flag down waitress for drink refills. Not a good dining experience especially since the restaurant was not crowded and the wait staff were seated at a booth looking at their phones.

Red Lobster is starting to become dated. Their menu offers heavy foods and nothing refreshing. The restaurant hasn't changed much over the past decade.

Service was great even tho it seemed they were understaffed but that the norm these days. It seems everywhere you go business are understaffed.......update!!!!! 2 of my kids have been sick as hell since we ate there! The only common thing is they both ate there and have been throwing up since so try it at your own risk

Went on a double date there and had a great experience, my server was a very nice woman and she made sure we had everything correct. Even when my friend's date had social anxiety to ask for extra butter the server made sure to ask. I promise I will go again. For the service and the food :)

We have always had robust quality assurance and safety standards in place and continue to follow guidance set by the CDC as well as our Total Quality and Food Safety Team. As a result of COVID-19, we have reinforced our standards and added new preventative steps, including all employees wearing masks or face coverings, everyone completing a wellness check, including a temperature check, upon arrival to work and frequent use of disinfectant. For our guests, in addition to providing hand sanitizer stations around the restaurant, we are also minimizing touch points, including single-use menus and QR code-enabled menus and pay-at-the-table technology.
