I was disappointed in the sandwich and the time it took to get to the window for pick up. That had to be the longest wait I've had at an Arby's. I was driving so I was really sad when the roast beef fell out along with the lettuce. There was lettuce stuck to the bottom of the sandwich when I unwrapped it so I should have been cautious. But it went down hill from there. It tasted good. But it was everywhere!

I'm a bit disappointed. With my job I get to eat one meal a day so this evening I picked up a meal for our family. Out of everything we ordered half of it was wrong. They forgot my daughters mozzarella sticks and both my sandwiches weren't the correct ones plus they got my side wrong. Very disappointing because this isn't the first time this has happened....it gets very irritating.

Long waits in drive thru. Lobby still closed. Severely Short staffed to wear out shouldn't be operating. Have gone several times waiting 10 to 15 minutes in line, only to come home with some items missing or barely meets standards. As a previous manager from another region, one of the biggest things is to call on other stores in the district or area to see if help can be spared or reach out to other areas for help with approval. Granted I don't know if this has been done, but based on multiple visits and seeing the same thing every time, it's a speculation.

If you’re a trucker or hauling a trailer/camper don’t come here. It’s drive thru only which I understand not allowing dine in if you’re short staffed, but you need to allow customers to walk through the drive thru, come inside to get an order, or add a walk up window. This location wasn’t even available for me to order on the app.
