Every single person that works here is incompetent I’ve been here at least 6 or 7 times for the exact same reason and still nothing was done! If I could rate it with a zero star I would! Stay clear US bank is horrid

We just recently started with this bank. By far the worst bank I have ever worked with. I do NOT recommend this bank to anyone. They lost our check we deposited through their ATM, then had the audacity to charge over draft fees for their mistake. And tell us oops it's the holidays. Aakes to speak to branch managers and get the run around. We will be closing out our BRAND NEW account next week. Stick with anyone but these guys. My mattress would have done a better job than this company.
