My wife and I went in to upgrade our phones and the girl that "helped" us was not friendly. I believe she said her name is Sidney, only after I asked, and she seemed very interested in helping us choose a phone. She sat at one of the tables there while we looked at phones and didn't have any helpful information about any of them. When I asked about a phone case for one of the phones she pointed to the back wall and said they only have one phone case for it and she was helping another customer right now. I'm not sure when she stopped helping us and moved on to another customer, but I found that very rude and we ended up leaving without new phones.

Employees were friendly but not very helpful. They seemed more interested in referring most questions/issues to their website. I've been with verizon for a while and love the coverage and quality but in comparison to the customer service I've received over the last 15 plus years I was very disappointed

Bad service. Went in because we had the insurance on a phone, the guy blatantly lied to us about the ship speed, as well as the price. He stated to get a replacement phone it would be here tomorrow, In which it will take 3 days... as well as the price only being $30 when it actually costs $200... scam scam scam... just sailsmen that don't actually assist you and can't access the verizon stuff anyways. You still have to call verizon.

I waited for almost 40 minutes for the worst service I have ever had in a Verizon store. I went in to upgrade my phone. When I told the guy that I wanted to upgrade my Motorola but I had some questions because I read some negative reviews on a couple of the newer models he told me that he doesn't read reviews so I was entitled to think whatever I wanted based on what I read. I told him I would like to look at the phones and he pointed to them from behind the desk. He told me any phone over there would be better than mine. I said I had questions, he said he could pull up the specs and read them to me but he didn't memorize every phone in the store so all he could do was read the specs. I asked if I could speak with someone else who knew about Motorola phones and he told me nobody there had Motorola phones so nobody else could do more than read the specs to me. I thought I was in a phone store with people who could help me with a phone. I just left because clearly he wasn't going to do anything other than read specs to me. I can do that myself. He was so rude. It might be time to take my 7 people and head over to another carrier.
