Bike shortages have changed the feeling in most bike shops. It's a stressful time. Some employees at this shop are delivering that feeling to customers unnecessarily. Want to love this place as a local bike shop but the've been less than supportive through the pandemic and after. In the meantime some other shops in town have risen to the occasion to help the community in need.

Love coming here and so glad that I supported their business by buying a bike from them because they pay it right back with their excellent service. Brought my bike in today for some help with the cassette and brake rub and Sam helped me out and did a great job. A while ago I came in with shifting issues and Ethan was super nice and fixed it super fast. The service here is top notch.
