There always seems to be a vagabond or vagrant panhandling right outside the front door and nobody at the branch seems to care. Makes going to this branch a miserable experience. Not to mention how brazen it is to ask people who are exiting a bank for money. Might as well hold me at gunpoint and ask me to empty my bank account.

If you can, don't make a bank account at here at all, if you don't have a choice don't make it at all. They treat you like you are some low-life criminal and will always make sure reminds you of that

Chase Fees, ACH $25 MONTHLY even if you do not use ACH, Wire Fee $40, all other fee's have DOUBLED. Fraud. Won't take cash deposits, and when you bank in person you are a terrorist and a drug dealer, apparently based upon their scrutinizing policies. Closed my Chase account and went to Credit Union, NO fees for ACH, wire fees free with minimal balance, much more benefit. Banks have come and gone over the years, and every time during this rebound period after collapse, the 2 or 3 major players flex their fees just to see what they can get away with. Between that financial illogic and the terrorism policies you will regret banking with them. Rather, go to your local credit union and you'll never need to "Chase" your money again.
