Got my flu shot today. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. The store is immaculate and the wait time is short. You can tell when a store is well managed.

Would give this pharmacy a minus if I could. Worst pharmacy I have ever, been to. The staff is so unorganized, and unhelpful. It seems they just don't know what is going on or how to fill prescriptions. They got my meds wrong, did not know how to accept my insurance, did not make calls back to me as promised on 3 separate times. Please be careful about trusting this store with your medication. I had used rite aid in another city for 30 years and never had any issues, you are playing Russian runlet with your health if you trust them at the Jess Ranch market place Rite Aid.
