Not happy with this water company, I was told water is high, and now I believe it. My water bill has tripled for no reason. I live alone, and nothing has changed. My last month bill and almost all summer was in the 120.00. I paid on 9/23/21 $117.77. Now got new bill $345.24. Called and they can not explain. They sent out a guy to check the meter, and not as helpful as the lady one the phone. My bill has never been this high.

Doing my due diligence in getting a granny house built on my property. Phoned local office, explained what I was looking for then was transferred to their Engr Dept and spoke with Greg. He looked up my address, said I'll require a long side service, and answered all remaining questions which included the price of the service. He was detailed in time lines and the process required to get the water service installed. Was pleased with the minimal wait time and the expert help rec'd.

I was warned before moving to Apple Valley that the water was outrageously high in comparison to Hesperia and Victorville. I had a home I really wanted so did it anyways. I must say the warnings were legitimate. My bills have been far too high, they have matched that of my mother's 4,400 sq. ft. California home with a pool and 1/4 acre lawn. She was shocked that we paid the same for half the house and no lawn. The company is taking advantage of the citizens due to their monopoly hold on water. It's disgraceful, I have never had my water turned off (I pay my bills promptly). However, Liberty requires me to pay a double service charge to pay online. This is because they will only accept a maximum $250.00 payment. Well, my bill was $364.00, thus I have to make 2 separate payments and get charged a fee twice. They are not for the people and as I have scanned the other reviews, certainly lack loyalty. I hope they lose control and ideally soon.

I'm on social security and get paid on the 3rd of each month. My due date is set for the 5th and they will not change it to give me time to pay it. I always get a late fee. The rates are ridiculous. My actual usage came to $56 and they automatically add the surcharge of $48. Almost 90% of my bill is a surcharge that brings my bill to $108. I know a lot of people pay more but it is a stretch for me. They do offer an $8 discount for low income. What a joke. I hate this company and it's monopoly over us.

I would say run lots of water thru all faucets in case something got into broken pipe then have it tested. I believe there are few water tests available or pay a lab. I paid for a test from a place called simple lab. Piece of mind goes a long ways

My water test shows 0.3 ppm fluoride. I don't think that's a significant amount but you make your own conclusions
