I went to this AAMCO on Hollywood way around 3.5 weeks ago. Megan in Customer Service and Glenn the Office Manager were sooooo incredibly nice. They took care of my car and go it all completed with a few hours! I will definitely utilize their services moving forward. I know I’m satisfied because I asked for their info so I could leave a review ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

I was referred to AAMCO by another mechanic who thought based on what I described was going with my car would ultimately be a transmission problem which he could not fix. So, I found/picked the AAMCO in Burbank and I was greeted by Neill. I explained what I was experiencing with my car and he said...it doesn't sound like your transmission. He said he couldn't say 100% without checking my vehicle but he was fairly certain my transmission was not the problem. So, I drove my car that had been sitting for 5 days (for fear I would make the problem worse) to him and sure enough it WAS NOT my transmission. Neill! These guys are the best!! Friendly and professional!! I Went in there expecting the worst for my classic van. I figured it would be expensive and take weeks to rebuild my transmission. They had it running like new in a few days at half the price I expected it to be!! I can't believe it's the same van! Thank you so much! You guys are awesome!

If car repair experience can be called amazing - that's the case! I had my transmission rebuild, engine mounts and catalytic converter replaced in only 3 business days. All thanks to amazing team of professionals, especially Neill and Glenn! They've done such a great job on my Ram Promaster van. Provided me with free estimate, identified and intelligibly explained what was wrong with vehicle, then during repairs I've received voice massages with updates and pictures of new parts being installed, they've also saved old parts to show me after repair was complete. Now my van runs like new, transmission shifts smooth, no engine check light and I'm ready for upcoming Smog Check. Also feels great to have a warranty on all these repairs. Thank you guys!
