I hadn’t been to Ulta with “testers” available since the pandemic. I was nervous going in cause I wanted to color match my foundation and for me that would require help. I noticed testers were available, win! And a few minutes of being inside, Ciara/Sierra, helped me from beginning to end. She answered my questions, showed me everything I asked for with options to choose from. Her presence felt very genuine. Thank you Ciara/Sierra, however you spell your name. 🖤

I had a horrible experience at this ulta beauty it was my first time buying makeup for myself just had got off of work and I sent 200 + plus on products for them to give me a lighter foundation from the fenty brand and she didn’t let me know I need a face serum 😔 which is probably why I had break outs on my skin after I’m just disappointed that this happened my foundation and concealer and it being first time buying makeup for my self and being a beginner.

This Ulta has everything but good customer service. The associates are rude, they roll their eyes all the time and just look miserable. They seem to be unprepared and the reason I say this is because I shop at Ulta all the time but this particular one by far is the worst one. Also, I thought in retail it was amazing if someone announced that they had gotten a customer to open a credit card (I also worked in retail for 7 years) but the girl who rung me up announced it over their walkie talkies and no one said anything ,IN FACT I witnessed all the other associates roll their eyes. I was a manager at JCPenney for 6 years and I actually worked at an Ulta couple of years ago and the Ulta I used to work at was nothing compared to this one because at my store you felt welcomed while here everyone seems miserable and just beyond rude. Also, I think as a manager you should know your products and I asked the manager for help with make up and she told me she knew nothing about make up and asked the girls at the registers to help me instead. To conclude, I'd like to say that the associate that DID help me was very kind and knowledgeable, you all need more people like her at your store and get rid of the bitter ones. No one likes an associate with an attitude. A little tip: it is RUDE TO CUT PEOPLE OFF WHILE THEY'RE TALKING. If you don't have good customer service skills then DON'T WORK IN CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Absolutely rude. I had three different sales associates walk up to me within 5 minutes of arriving. I didn't pay it any mind until I heard the male customer in line pipe up loudly saying "She has blue hair, she MUST be doing SOMETHING illegal...". After I heard this I looked up to find that I was the only person with colorful hair in the store. I attempted to shrug the weird feeling off as something other than it was. Then I was approached by two more sales associates. I was there for maybe 20 minutes total. As I went through check out, the CLEAR makeup case I bought was opened and thoroughly checked. When it came to my total I was asked if I wanted to use the points I've accrued. I've never had to show my I.D. to approve usage of my points. Discrimination isn't a cute look, do better Ulta.
