I had to delete my original review because now I won't go to burger king ever again. East and west locations are terrible. They ran out of cheese slices so they put shredded cheese on and they got my order wrong and I didn't know until I got home. Keep your coupon because I won't use it.

So I stopped at this burger King on July 28,2022 I drive a 26 box truck.so i go to go inside it was around 7:30 pm all the lights were on but they had there doors lock keep in mine there open till 10 so knock on the door instead of the young man coming to the door he hid behind a wall so I went to the drive through a girl finally came to the window. When I started explaining to her that I drove a 26 ft box truck and I could not drive through their drive-thru without tearing it up I want to place an order and she got smart and rude saying I can't serve you at the window it's against company policy which I know is untrue because every other Burger King that I have been to that the lobby was closed they would serve people at the window.

Seems to have been a rough few years for the food industry. Keep in mind the people are trying hard to get you fed! Even if it's fast food a lot of the people are trying out there! Be kind when you can!

Great experience this morning. May be short staffed, but friendly, helpful, and food was excellent.
