Absolutely the worst customer service. They canceled my confirmed reservation stating they ran out of cars. No apologies just "not our problem "Why confirm my reservation if there are no cars to rent? I then get a call 2 hrs later saying I have to call and cancel my reservation or ill be charged due to Hertz cancelation policy. This makes absolutely no sense. Ill be taking my business to Enterprise rental. I suggest you do the same. EDIT I have to give props where its due. Dillon in my opinion has excellent customer service skills and always a pleasure to work with at this branch. Sorry cant say the same for his associates. If you have to come to his branch out of necessity I urge you to seek out Dillon. Thank you Dillon!

Very poor experience. Needed a car last-minute because mine broke down. Booked a rental at Hertz Pasadena, and brought an Uber to pick it up at the scheduled time. Not until I was at the Hertz location did I receive a call saying that they had overbooked their rentals and didn’t have a car available. I went inside to talk with the agent, and I explained how I had paid for an Uber and was now left hanging with no vehicle. The agent’s response: “Well, that’s your problem,” and tried to liken their practice of overbooking/canceling to airlines overbooking (except that airlines don’t leave their customers hanging). Unfortunately, I will be extremely hesitant to book with Hertz from here on out. Not only were they unreliable and left me hanging in an unfamiliar part of town without a vehicle, but they were extremely lacking in understanding or empathy. Thankfully, I discovered value rental was right next door and they set me up with everything I needed, including friendly service and recommendations for my car repairs.

To return car you have to let them know ahead of time that your going to leave it at another hertz location. If not your breaking the contract and you will be charged higher.
Yes. You can even buy used cars from here as well. Just know that Saturdays are their short day, and they open at 9am and close at 12 or 2pm.
