My garbage is overflowing it’s been at least two weeks since garbage pick up my bill is current. It’s Wednesday so I know my garbage is supposed to be picked up and still no pick up. So I call the Fremont Nebraska office. Well supposedly I got a phone call telling me they weren’t going to pick up the garbage because it rained to much. OK. I don’t answer strange numbers and if you really did call why was there no message left? And seriously you can’t pick up because of too much rain! I made it to work and so did everyone else who has your service that lives out in the country. You cant do the job you are paid for and yes my bill is current because of the rain? PATHETIC. Still had to pay you tho didn’t I. NOT IMPRESSED. Please pick up the garbage and do the job you are being paid for or is it raining to hard ?

If one could give zero stars I would. Trash and recyclables are never picked up when they are supposed to ever since this company bought out Papillion and premier sanitation....then want to charge 3 times the original rate for service. We found someone cheaper for less than half of the price....good riddance.....

Great service! I have a great route driver who has gone out of his way to help. My neighbor has the competition and has to constantly call while paying increased rates. Keep up the good work...
