I was asked about insurance and what type it was PPO Or HMO, then told after i called back that the next available appointment was Mid April. The 2 1/2 months out for an appointment info should be apart of their voicemail as to not waste our time.

Refuses to wear a mask while she’s inches from unmasked patients face. Doesn’t care if patient is to young for vaccinations or has special needs family members that are high risk for covid complications. Despicable that a medical office refuses to follow the state mask mandate and do no harm .

We've been seeing Dr. Jones for a few years now and have never had a bad experience. She has performed 2 ear surgeries on my daughter and both have been without issues. She's very quick and works well with the children. I'm glad we found her!
