I can say yes they have helped me (40s) and they will be very straightforward with you on your road to healing. Yes, the herbs don't always taste great but they do work. Everyone at Asano Acupuncture is knowledgeable and do not up sell you with herbs or tinctures you will not need. Everything is specific to your injuries or the balance of your system and body.
