I waited 20 minutes on the phone to talk to the receptionist and found my Doctor does not have any openings until next Tuesday, I then called primary health on cole/fairview and was able to reach the receptionist in 20 seconds and was able to get help my answers immediately with available appointments today.

Went in because I was pretty sure my 1 year old had an ear infection (he is my 3 kid). Obviously with an ear infection had signs of COVID, runny nose, fever, cough. Nurse asked if I wanted a COVID test, I said no. She then asked rudely if I was sure. I said no, I was just here to check for ear infection/ get an antibiotic. When I got in none of the faculty made eye contact with me. Only spoke to my ONE YEAR OLD. Seriously worst quality of care I have had. Can’t help but think it is because I didn’t want the covid test.

I was visiting out of town on 06/17/2021 and had an unexpected urgent need to be seen. I walked into the Urgent Care Clinic which was very clean & I was greeted in a respectful professional manner. I was then taken back by a very caring nurse who listened to all my concerns. I waited a very short time before NP Elizabeth Oldenkamp came into the exam room. I felt heard, respected and cared for. My treatment was explained without any further questions . I must say the flow of this Clinic was warm efficient and i would highly recommend SAMG to all my Boise friends. Thank you again Elizabeth Oldenkamp you stand above the normal standard of CARE!!!!!!

I usually have a good experience here since my primary care provider is located here, however I used the Urgent Care. The check in staff and nurse were great. The PA came in without my records/laptop and was somewhat abrupt and seemed a bit annoyed that I had come in for just a cold. He dismissed the fact that I thought I had bronchitis (which I get at least once a year) he would have seen that in my records and I get a Z pack and am good within a couple of days. The medication prescribed was a capsule which had I know what it was when I went to pick it up, I would have told him no, because it doesn't work for me. I called the next day to get a different med for the cough. I did not hear back from anyone at the clinic and the pharmacy had not received the order. I called again and was told he was not at this clinic and I would have to go to the clinic he was working to get the script. I went there and the staff was very helpful even though he wasn't there either. There has got to be a better system here. I am ready to move to a clinic that is not hospital affiliated. Oh and I am not getting any better. I was told I have to come back in to "see" if I really need antibiotics. I am going on 3 weeks of being sick.

Yes!! Excellent organization to work for. They truly care about their employees and patients.
Hi Sophia! Yes we do offer walk-in sports physicals. The cost is $25 dollars for minors and $55 for adults. Our clinic is open 7 am to 7 pm Monday through Friday and 8 am to 8 pm on weekends. Hope to see you soon.
It's not close to a Wal-Mart, but there should be enough room close by.
