I go to BMC alot to get baseboard and every time I go there the employees in the office area are friendly and polite as well as the employees out in the yard. They always have what I need and the wait time is very low and when time is of the essence low wait time means more time on the job and everyone knows that time is money. I recommend going in and checking them out.

Matt Downey from BMC sent out someone (do not have the name of the man he sent ) to install door sweeps on two of our doors. The front door had some air leakage, and was hard to open and close. He adjusted the front door and now it opens and closes smoothly, this was a bonus for us. He did a great job, and we appreciate his work!

I special ordered 5 interior doors for a remodel. They were done on time and actually delivered early. I found I had miss-ordered 3 of them. I was prepared to eat the cost. The management could not have been more helpful . They reordered the doors for me and did not make me feel stupid! I am a customer for life.

Nick is the worst kitchen cabinet sales person ever. DO NOT USE BMC WEST! I made an appt for Nick to give me an estimate on redoing my kitchen cabinets, he scheduled it for 2 pm on February 23rd, a good time for me & my husband to take off work & meet him at our home. 2:30 came and went, I called the front desk and the lady said he was at lunch(she wasn't very friendly) I explained that I had an appt. with him and needed to know if he was going to make it. She said all she could do was leave him a message. He called me at 4pm and actually said he had SPACED our appt. & wanted to know if he could come sometime the following week. I asked why he couldn't just come out and he reluctantly agreed to stop by on his way home. He finally showed up at 4:30 and was very rude, boy did we inconvenience him. He said he'd have our estimate the next week. I called twice and he finally got back to me 3 weeks later & said he was working on it still. On March 30th I ended up walking into the building to physically talk to him, he said he was still working on it and I should give him another week. I went back again on April 3rd, the front desk gal let him know I was there but he wouldn't come talk to me & I left after waiting 25 minutes. Nick has never once reached out to me or followed up with me. I still never received an estimate and it's now May 12th....almost 3 months have passed. He is the worst and I don't see how the owners of BMC allow him to get away with treating their customers so poorly. This valley is too small and I understand everyone is busy right now but what happens when it slows down and you've pissed off a bunch of people???
