We were referred to Advanced Hardware today after talking to 3 other stores trying to find a specific item. We were helped by Manuel Acuna. He directed us to their stock samples and we were delighted to find exactly what were looking for and that they had it in stock! Other stores would have had to special order it and we would have had to wait 3 weeks to get it. We had our order filled in about 10 minutes while they answered other questions we had about some of their other items. Everyone in the shop was upbeat and joking with each other - and us. They know their business and we actually had fun. We will be back.
