The worker did great, but the company still have things to finish up and it's been 2 months I have called many time they said soon as product comes in I know it doesn't take 2-3 months for product to come in. I would not trust them again.

Matt Milligan was an amazing rep to talk to. My husband and I are getting ready to remodel our 1970's master bath (I'm SO tired of trying to clean the tile!) and have talked to several different bathroom remodel companies. Matt blew them all out of the water with his person-ability and listening. He's super down to earth, was NOT a super hard sell, and was supremely upfront - not only about the time it would take for the materials to get in, but also about the fit between us as a homeowner/company. While Dreamscape didn't have the lowest bid, they came in just over the lowest bid, and Matt's personality and willingness to answer all of our questions without pressuring us to schedule RIGHT THEN was huge. The only downside of this whole remodel is that due to supply chain issues, all materials are 12-14 weeks out. If you are looking to remodel your shower, give Matt a call, he's awesome!

We used dreamstyle remodeling to replace a few windows. The price was reasonable but only because of the lifetime warranty. Ryan and Scott, the installers we're quick and efficient. My only complaint about the company was a lack of communication. I am an older individual who is not very tech savvy. A simple phone call letting me know my windows didn't arrive when they were supposed too(due to shipping and the current times), a reminder call the day before installation or even a few updated phone calls would have been nice.

Andersen has been fantastic the entire time, from start to finish. My house was built around 1947 it was built by my great grandfather. The house still has it original single pane windows. After my Great grandmother passed way the house was not maintain until I purchased it. Five years of neglect can do quite a bit of damage to an older home. We went to a home show in Twin Falls to see what was in the local area that was affordable and quality. Looking at the window my husband hated all the vinyl windows out there. they just looked dull and not really fitting the house we love and care for. Once we saw the Fibrex we (HE) was sold. We decided to go with the bronze inside and out (I will include pictures if I am able). We also decided to have double hung windows, not only is it nice for air circulation and cleaning, it keeps out son from falling out the windows(not that he has, it just give me some more piece of mind. Brannan Hoover was a great rep and answered all of our questions. Keep us informed and let us know a time line of everything. Our installer, Nick Zimcosky was fantastic, him and his team, John and Alex, removed installed our windows (6 total) in a day and a half. They were always on time and let me know of any problem or situation they ran into. First all the house looks amazing the bronze fits so well with the house. Once I refinish the inside then I am sure the trim will look just as amazing with it.(One step at a time ;) ) Now not only is the house 10 degrees cooler during the summer heat(103 is our average temp during the summer), I can now open all my windows will ease. Now I can say the only problem I have with the windows is the screens they are very tight and hard to get back into the window slot. Trying to pry the screen back into the slot I broke one of the plastic pieces securing the metal latches. I super glued it back into place and it looks great. As these windows are double hung and I can swing them into the house to clean them I don't really see me much removing the screens however I would like to be able to when I need to without the fear of breaking latches. We are buying more windows. We love them. I am sure the screens will ease there removal and replacement with time. I would recommend these guys to anyone.
