Best trails I have ever had the pleasure to ride! Never crowded, turkey, grouse, moose, owls, and friendly guests... a real gem!

The mutli-use trails here are some of the best in the area! Having fairly recently hiked Mount Washington and Mount Monroe (an amazing hike!), I wasn't sure how my hiker itch would sustain itself in mostly flat Aroostook County outside of summer travelling time. I was able to "hike" for about 4 hours on a single visit just on the trails at the Nordic Heritage Center and only saw one person the entire time. That's pretty impressive for around here and once the weather turns....cold, dark, and white.....it's good to know that this is a spot I can spend multiple hours at enjoying.

Beautiful place

It's a really nice place for a hike with a lot of trails. The disc golf course wasn't very well maintained, though. We gave up half way through, because of really tall weeds. They also have festivals here, which is really nice to have in the area. Definitely a cool place to visit while in the area.
