We'd much rather sell them than buy them. That's kind of our whole thing, as a store -- selling instruments, we mean. =) But if they're priced low enough that we think we can resell them fairly quickly for enough money to make it worth our while, sometimes we'll purchase instruments, sure.
Yes. They offer piano lessons, guitar lessons and much more. Their rates are affordable, also.
