In my opinion Sandy is terrible and I truly do not understand how she is an office manager. She is terrible for business and it is truly mind boggling how she is still in her role when she clearly doesn’t know how to run an office let alone treat paying customers.

Our family has been going here for over 20yrs. The Dr and staff especially the manager Sandy are wonderful. Dealing with 5 kiddos and with their different styles in glasses or contacts it can become overwhelming. But, we are very greatful the staff and manger are all well educated with our insurance benefits. We have never had any issues with our claims. My kiddos always excited to get their new glasses or contacts. Thank you for always keeping my families vision healthy for all these years. I had the worst experience here ! I got yelled at by staff and had the employee arguing and yelling at me so bad the doctor had to pull her to the back ! It’s so sad how one employee can ruin a business so bad ! I would never recommend this place ! Sandy is horrible !
