Went here to look for a toy hauler. Second visit since the first time it didn't go well (pushy sales people, just wanted to make a sale not really considering what I wanted). This visit was the same, with a name like Family RV you would expect better service. Our sales rep Ian was nice, answered a lot of questions but when I asked one simple question "what's the lowest price on this toy hauler" that's when the sales manager Raul Inzunza came with high pressure sales. Raul was loud, pushy and kept talking. Couldn't give me a straight answer which was the price of the trailer. Kept going back and fourth stating it all depends on the deal. Made a reference to another customer who bought two trailers and got a bigger discount (the whole time I was thinking why should that matter? If they can drop the price to a certain amount, why all the games?) Was extremely annoyed and left after he couldn't give me a straight answer. I will never go back here again, tried to give them a second try but all you get is a bunch of same traditional dealer high pressure sales tactics. I feel bad for Ian because it seems that he is under the mercy of his managers. If Family RV expects to be successful, they need to get rid of sales manager Raul Inzunza. He is definitely hindering the dealerships ability to sell trailers.

Their service department is the worse I have dealt with. Took my trailer trailer off the lot with an issue and the service department who answers phone calls rude and down right mean. I enjoyed my purchase but never will I go back to their service department: Very heart breaking the way people think they can treat others.

Went here to just check out the Flagstaff 5th wheels to see what they looked like and fell in love with one. The guys were great and frendly. Brought my wife in and she loved it too. Went back and forth and finally got the price we wanted and brought our trade in. Delivery was very informative and not rushed. Traded a Jayco in on it and the difference between them was so far apart it wasn't funny! The quality of Flagstaff was WAY above the Jayco. This maybe the last RV we'll buy. Drove it home and pulled so much better the the Jayco. Smoother starting and stopping. The springless axles were far superior. Outside storage is a bit less but when we went through the things we had in the other trailer we got rid of probably 200lbs. Hitch weight is 500lbs less (1230 lbs as versed to 1750 lbs) and the gross vehicle weight is what the other was dry (9880 lbs fully loaded as versed to 9990 lbs empty) about 2000 less. VERY impressed and can’t wait to take her out. I give it 9.5 out of 10 ( due to the slightly less outside storage. 👍🏻

Facility - not bad. Nice to look in the indoor showroom on a hot day. Sales - ok. Nothing special about the staff. They will happily sell too much RV to a newbie who hasn't done enough research. Ask me how I know. Service - terrible. Only have two experiences. 1st was the PDI. Was rushed thru it. Hitch was included in the deal so they installed it and set it up. Once I learned more about it I had to redo the hitch set up for the weight distribution. Nothing too awful bad yet. Brought our toy hauler in for warranty work. Long story long: the little items where a piece of cake. The electric bed couch combo had the rails replaced but the damaged cabinet on the upper bed was forever on backorder. After almost two months we picked it up so we could use it while the cabinet was still on backorder. Got the trailer home and while airing the spare tire I noticed these super long bolts sticking out from under the floor. I will attach pics if possible. They had replaced the factory fasteners at the rear door frame that kept getting loose from the door frame. To do this they cut the underbelly cover/lining...not sure what it's called and repaired it with black duct tape. Emailed the pics to Steve Smart at the dealer asking him to contact me do we can see about getting this corrected. Never heard back from him. He did reply to other emails and phone in queries for the 2 months they had it in the shop. May consider buying there again but never would try their service department again. Buyer beware.

OK, from what I can remember they carry coachman, cross roads, cruiser, forest river, Heartland, and purple line whoever that he is as she so name that they have out there. I bought my cross roads travel trailer from them and got an exceptionally good deal they were friendly and worked great on the deal. I had it back for some service work, warranty, work got me in and got me out in record time. Highly recommend them. My wife and I spent almost a year shopping around, we had went to Mike Thompson RV karma Richardson's, giant arvey, and just about every other dealer in the inland Empire down towards San Diego. Family RV was our last stop and we bought our trailer there
