They charged me more than the sticker price. They were friendly but its a little over prices when compared to other local beauty supply stores. They do not have the latest items although the have a extensive selection. If you're look to get that old thing back, this store is for you.

I am beyond happy with Hair Factory & Beauty Supply! I called before arrival because I am new to the area and am very unsure of where I can find wigs. During my phone call, all of my needs and concerns were met. When I arrived, there was a sign that said I need an appointment to enter the premises. I called the location, told them I was at the back entrance, and was allowed entry by Kirsten (I apologize, I do not know the correct spelling of her name, but I will be sure to correct her name spelling the next time I visit! Yes, I will visit this location again!) I had great assistance throughout my entire experience here! Kirsten was very helpful and knowledgeable of my wanted big afro look and was successfully able to find me 3 amazing options that I am absolutely in awe with and am enjoying every moment of them! There prices are very reasonable, too! OH!!! AND GUESS WHAT??!?!?!! THE HAIR IN MY PROFILE PICTURE IS FROM THIS LOCATION!!!! DO YOU LOVE IT AS MUCH AS I DO ? 😩 THANK YOU HAIR FACTORY & BEAUTY SUPPLY!!!!!!💚💙💜❤️🤍💕✨💕✨
