They leak you personal information. If you get in touch with an employee named Stephany Hernandez beware. She would access your info without your authorization to leak it on social media. I just proceeded legally against MVC and cant say more, proof has been submitted into evidence. They have to be held responsable for the leaking cause now I could be a victim of fraud.

If I could give this place a negative 100 I would! They are the stupidest, insufferable, rudest people you’ll ever meet. We go here frequently because we have a business that requires us to do so. And we have been doing the same transactions for years and we go every other week. And they always change the rules and basically make up rules based on how they are feeling that particular day. We literally did one transaction a few weeks ago, they gave us issues. Did it the way they requested. Then this week go again for the same sort of transaction the way they approved a few weeks ago and they yelled at us calling us all sorts of things and said it wasn’t right documentation. They are a waste of tax payer money and time! Someone needs to fix the attitude of these people.

You guys need to seriously do something about your timing. My license suspension was up 2 weeks ago and you have still failed to notify me of notice of restoration. Paid all fines the day I got them. Paid the renewal fee the day I received the suspension. Still nothing in the mail and no help on the phone because you have to be on hold for 2 hours to talk to someone. The registration for appointment doesn't work because it says i'm not eligible for an appointment. I'm going in circles and have lost my job because of your agencies incompetency.

What a horribly inefficient system. Chaotic but they call it organized because you wait in line for HOURS. They should first filter by why people are there. The driving center is in the same complex but they make students who pass the test come back stupid line, wait hours to take a 2 min picture.
