*** Avoid this Goodwill at all costs if you're a reseller. *** I've been in-and-out of this Goodwill since 2014 or earlier. I use to enjoy finding merchandise but all of sudden this location and many others came to a sudden halt year ending 2019. From what I've heard merchandise being donated was sifted heavily and went to Cordelia to be auctioned on their website. My other assumption is employees stole high-end items and bought them for pennies on the dollar to be resold on-line. These employees were eventually terminated (revolving door). I came here today at their Richmond location hoping to find something valuable to resell with no avail. Today, I promised myself to never set foot in here ever again.

Minimal items and the prices were comparable to purchasing new items. I paid $7 for a stained toddler dress. I should have confirmed prices before checking out but posted pricing is vague. The sales rack in most department stores are cheaper. I know they help the community but most of shop these places due to financial issues.

This is a pretty good goodwill store.a decent selection,but like most thrift stores you have to scour the racks to find your treasures.tho when you find them.....yeh-ha

Saturday July 3 Sign out side says they're taking donations but you bring in the bag of stuff thay say they're not taking donations and they're very rude about it from now on I don't think I'll be donating anything to the Goodwell !
