I went to this location to pick up a mobile order on my lunch break. Once I got back to work I noticed they forgot my onion rings, so I went back after work to get them. Both times I was made to pull up & wait by the door for them to bring my food out when there was no one in line but me each time. It makes me think they're "cheating the system": making the facility seem like its getting people's orders to them fast & fresh (which is not the case). Now, my onion rings I picked up on the 2nd visit were fresh but that was only because I waited longer out front & I guess they made them fresh. My food earlier in the day wasn't so fresh; fries were lukewarm, jalapeño cheese poppers were NOT hot at all & the Whopper Jr. Was just put together very wet-like in the wrapper. Don't get me wrong, the lady at the window seemed pleasant, not such the guys working there.

THE ATTITUDES NEED TO GO!!!Just left the drive-thru and ordered some things for me and the kids. The credit card machine was running slow...not a problem, it happens. I had to pull around to the front and get my order because there were cars behind me...not ideal, but BK is not the only ones to do that. My problem lies here.....they decided (while I was paying) that they were going to shut down card payments because of the aforementioned credit card machine running slow. About three cars came out right behind me (after I pulled around to wait in the front). I'm assuming they had cards and could not order. No one else in the drive-thru, dining room is closed. WHY AM I WAITING SEVERAL MINUTES FOR MY FOOD?!?!??? When they do bring my order out, she goes back in before I completely finished checking my bag for all the things I ordered. SURPRISE SUPRISE!!!! NO FRIES. I had to get out of my car, knock on the door for a while before they stopped pretending they didn't hear me. The lady walks to the door with an attitude, unlocks the door and with an attitude says "yes?" I politely said " I didn't get my fries" and showed her my receipt. She acted like I wanted some more dipping sauce. If you are on the clock, act like it.

Food was hot and fresh. This Burger King is one of the best on S. Tryon in Charlotte NC. I am not a burger or fast food person however, I love Burger King classic chicken sandwich. Therefore, I visit from time to time. When I visit Burger King on S. Tryon the food and management were outstanding! The food was different from other locations and the treatment was totally different. Management is very friendly and treated me as a customer with kindness. The only issue is due to staff being short handed, that caused a longer wait time. Overall, I still rate this fast food a 5 star due to the integrity from management....Seriously
