For a place that wasn't busy. It sure was messy. Ate my dinner surrounded by dirty tables and floors i understand that nobody want to work, but I'm sure you can get someone to bus tables.

Red Robin was a great experience when it first arrived many years ago. Covid has affected many restaurants but as more people are going out, this visit was just ok. The decor has not changed since it first opened. It felt very dated and stale. The unlimited steak fries were always a hit and the burgers used to be good. Not so this visit. With Now Hiring banners all over, I thought we might have a bit of a wait, but an hour for burgers is just too long when the restaurant is almost empty. Burger was undercooked, but cooked enough not to send back. First batch of fries were cold, the second fresh and hot. The best part of our meal was the bacon fondue. Very flavorful and great for dipping the fries. I returned to the restaurant because they added Donatos Pizza to their menu. The pizza I took home was as good as I remember. I may come back for Pizza and a basket of fries with the fondue,, but some effort will be needed to return for a burger. Desserts looked interesting but I did not order, may try next visit. Sadly another Red Robin location in Charlotte fired an employee who was putting edibles in the to go orders. Unbelievable and sad. That did not happen here, staff was very courteous and trying their best, but more help is needed here.

I love coming here during lunch (I work right across the street) and enjoying a salad or their Banzai burger. Currently I believe they are short-staffed so they are not always open for dine in and yet they work with you to carry-out food. I've never had a bad dish from here so I'm happy to be able to continue to support them.

Stopped in here on lunch break and was quite pleased. I chose to sit at the bar, figured service may be quicker and I wasn’t disappointed. The bartender was extremely friendly and efficient. It didn’t take long for my order to come out and it was fresh and hot. So many burger options, I’m definitely going to have to go back and try others
